I just put this up in the Sponsor's classifed section. It's one of my plains style quivers I got back from a customer and I can't get the faint smell of smoke out of. It's a heck of a deal if it doesn't bother you.
EDIT: quiver is Sold Pending Funds
Try filling and covering it with baking soda, basically saturate the quiver with baking soda for a few days... I had the same problem with a used catquiver although I washed it in baking soda but it worked!
