Title: Sunny Hill,Pound Cake,& Elk steaks; calling all MKLLC Guys
Post by: charles suttles on September 19, 2010, 10:38:00 AM
Can you believe Sunny Hill? After stealing Delaney's #cake out from under us, he has the nerve to ask me to share my elk steaks with him. Give me your opinion. Right now I'm thinking about the most he is gonna get is a picture of some big juicy fillets sizzling on the grill

I missed this thread while I was out trying to get some elk steaks of my own.  Ended up with just as much in elk steaks as I got in pound cake.
Nothin!!

So if you really want to share some elk steaks I could give you my address  :readit:    :goldtooth:

There's always next year. I'm going fishing with Sunny Hill,I'll get him figured out, might take a pound cake along to distract him.

It's supply and demand CS. Elk steaks are available in several states, Ms Delaneys pound cakes are not. I checked the international exchange rates this morning. Right now 4 elk steaks are only worth one, small piece of #cake.

Charles,
We can't be too far out of the way when you head south to Boofert.  Given that I failed in my quest to provide my family with elk steaks this year and Lil D has such a love of eating wild game, I'm sure she'd cook you a small piece for 4 elk steaks.  Feel free to drop by Buddy.      :wavey:

Exchange rate?  Use any number you want - zero pound cake still equals zero elk steaks.

Send 'em to me Charles.  I'm offering a generous assortment of fine Wisconsin cheeses in trade.  That pound cake is long gone (or stale).  The cheese gets better with age, so no worries there.  ;)

Whip, Biggie offered one WHOLE piece of CHARLESTON POUNDCAKE for four measly elk steaks.

I cut mine in 4 pieces and put 3 in the freezer. I'll be enjoying #cake for at least the next year!

OK Duckbutt, you've really got me thinking. Lil D is the real hero and if her father/hunter/gather can't provide her with the needed protein,I'd love to bring her some elk steaks. In fact, I might just need to get some on the way down there now! Wouldn't need any pound cake in return, I can wait till next June for the fresh batch when MKLLC makes their mark on the StJudes auction.
