I've been thinking about buying one and was wondering if any of you guys use one or have opinions on them? Are they worth the money or just a gimmick? I could definitely use all the help I can get with my form.
Best investment I ever made. Helps your form and release. I also use it to incease my bow draw weight with the following excercise.

It also helped me eliminate tennis elbow in my drawing arm.
They are great! and pretty easy to make for yourself. There are plans on here somewhere on how to make one.
Most of the cost on it is insurance and liability since it is classified as exercise equipment making the seller open to personal injury lawsuits...
Masters of the Barebow 3 gives a good overview on how to use it.
the formmaster is what finally taught me what back tension really meant. now if I could just master it ...lol
Yes!!! Most people swear they are using back muscles. Then they try the form master. Well if you have ever used one you know what happens.
yes
Ok thanks guys. I think I'm going to order one.
I sent you a pm.

I used Lancaster's system for measuring the size. It said I need a large, but it was small so I sold it and bought a extra large. If you asre on the border of large/extra large, I would get the extra large.
