I know.......were talkin elevation though(LOL)
My good buddy Robert from Canada has sent me a photo in the Yukon while sheep hunting. I ask him for a photo while using a Kanati bow Quiver for the web site. I believe this is the highest I've seen our product used other than when I was headin to Erie Pa at 28000 feet in a plane. Anybody have any high mountain hunt pics to post? Thought this one was really neat.

What beautiful pictures! My nose started bleeding by the second one.
Next time I'm out west hunting I have to do this -- take a photo at full-draw at timberline.
Last week in Colorado. Up near 11,000 feet. (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v222/ssgrogg/Colo%202010/IMG_0868-1.jpg) (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v222/ssgrogg/Colo%202010/IMG_0866-1.jpg)

You and me both!
I have had a pretty high view from atop some of the bluffs here along the river, but it doesn't do any good to try and bowhunt from up there, just a nice view is all.
Now those are some breath taking photos! Not to mention the air being thinner up that high anyway! Thanks for the pics!
Montana 2010. Just a good pic of the bow quiver in paradise!

LOL lets see my stands are 12-15ft off the ground. Combine that with the local elevation, would put me........ at 18-20 feet total elevation LOL.
Those are some cool pics guys. Other than the airplane ride, about 17 feet is the higest my Kanati Quivers ride.
Mike G.
I have swiped your pic for the web site if thats ok?
Did you guys loose them arrows or are you just posin' for the pictures?
I'd be tempted to let one fly. One would never stay in the air so long...
No promblem John.
Charlie;
Who is that young man in your posted pictures? Where and when were the pictures taken? Certainly enjoyed all the pictures. Thanks for sharing.
Highest I have drawn my recurves is 12000 feet. Cool pics.
Bill... I use to know that "kid". Those pics were taken in Wyoming and Oregon.
The link pic was taken up "Ole creek" in the Wyoming range (Wyoming). The next pic was taken up "Scab Creek" in the Wind River range (also Wyoming). Both taken in the early 80's.
The next pic was taken up top on a sheep hunt in the Bridger Wilderness 1969.
The last photo was taken just a few years ago on an elk hunt in Oregon. Hell's Canyon. Robin "Roughcountry" Severe and Curtis Kellar.
That first picture made my butt cheeks grab hold of my chair. Just looking at it made my heart jump into my throat. Sitting out there on the edge like that is more than this flat-lander can bear.
