Does anyone know where some of the sponsors like 3 Rivers and Kustom King are buying there arrow boxes and foam dividers from? I know I can buy them from them, but I am trying to see if a can get a better price buying them direct. I have been sending out arrows in the USPS triangle boxes, but would feel a little better sending them out in the actual arrow boxes.

This isn't the answer to your question, but I recently sent 4 dozen raw shafts in a cylindric container available at the PO. It was ~3.5-4" in diameter and about 36" long. It was very heavy cardboard with plastic end caps. I think it cost about $4...so the boxes would be less expensive.
Hi Rick,
Kustom King gets them from Welch Packaging Inc. in Elkhart, IN.
I've talked with them(Welch) a couple of times. Unless you're willing to by a "bazillion", they really don't want to talk with you.
If you buy them online(Kustom King) and save the 5%, you're looking at about 1.75(including shipping).

I use the Priority triangle boxes and I make a triangle cardboard arrow dividers the fit inside them.I make two triangles and punch 6 holes in both of them. All the arrows are held in position without crushing the feathers. If I mailing a dozen arrows I use two triangle boxes and tape them together making more of a square box. These boxes are free and make the triangle dividers from scrap carboard.
I do the same with the triangle boxes. I make the triangle cut outs and I can get a dozen arrows in a box if you space them just right and put them in from opposite directions. I am sure that the triangle pieces must also give the box some extra strength.
