I never take binos with me hunting. I wear glasses and have to take the glasses off to use the binos. Is there a trick to using binos for people that wear glasses?
Would it be feasible to wear contacts while hunting?
Just leave the eyecaps screwed in, thats what they are there for!
Pac, I've been wearing glasses for 49 years; finally settled on a pair of swarovski's; PM sent.

I just roll back the rubber eye caps and have no problem.
I just purchased a pair of Alpen Pro 8x42 binoculars, Outdoor life wrote them up in their 2008? review and gave them high marks. I agree that they are the best value for the money. No problems using them with my coke bottles! :)

Same as others have said. Most binos have eyecups that can either be screwed in or folded down for eyeglasses or screwed out or folded out for non-eyeglass wearers. This changes the eye relief needed to get good field of vision with or without eyeglasses.
My Swarovskis are with me on every hunt and I've worn glasses now for about 40 years.
I just purchased a pair of Bushnell full sized water proof's that have the eye pieces that you twist in or out. With them in the low spot I can swing them up and be right on with my glasses on, if I take my glasses off I twist to the high spot. Best $50.00 investment I ever made!
Pac,
You need to find a pair of binoculars that have long eye relief and movable eye cups. One of my favorites is the Pentax DCF SP. The 8x42 model has great optics, moveable eyecups and 22 mm of eye relief, which is long enough for those of us who wear coke bottles.
I went to BassPro and tried every pair of compack's they had to find the best pair to use with my glasses. Tuned out to be a set of Busnell
Legend 8x42 for around $100. Some I tryed cost a lot more but he Bushnells gave me the best field of view and I've been very happy with them.
