Opps, sorry for the Snuffer endorsement... I shot the 125 grain 3-blade Muzzy for years out of a wheelbow.  Worked great, don't have any experience with a Tradbow and the Muzzy...

I have used the 125 grain muzzy with good sucess in the past. You won't have a problem with it unless your shooting a very low weight bow. I have dropped bow weight alot and went back to 2 blades since my Muzzy days.

Killed lots of deer with them, lots of deer. Didn't always get a pass through but would usually bury up to the fletchings at least. Amazing blood trails. This is shooting around 50# at 28". I've since increased my draw to 30" and I'll be shooting 43# at 30" this year. I will probably use muzzys at least part of the time and I have no doubt they will do the job.

I have used them a lot over the years.  I like the 100 better than the 125 and don't see much difference in the blood trail.  I am shooting about [email protected], and I am not worried about penetration at all on deer.  I have one arrow set-up with 100 gr. insert and 100 point right now for deer.  I may use the 100 Muzzy three blade because they fly like filed points and are very forgiving, but also plan to take some bleeders out of my 125 phantoms for another option.  I am in the process of working with a stiffer shaft to try for a 145-175 VPA with a brass insert for a heavier arrow as another option this year, but I have no worries about the Muzzy heads.  I love three blade heads.
