Kenny looks like you made some real friends...lol
It'll take you awhile to shoo through that one.
God bless,Mudd
Very nice no reason not to pratice.
looks good
Those are the best and you can change out the center and just keep shooting.
Make sure you do not crank the bolts to tight , I had a arrow fly back at me once.
What is the countdown now?
I like it Kenny. It's big enough that "I" couldn't miss it :)
I'm likin it!!
Tim,Wed is blastoff!! :bigsmyl:
Ummm, I missed it once already! 48 yds , had shot waaay too much, dropped my bow arm, thought I was gonna smash an arra on the bolt! :o
Kenny, you need an "ELK" poster to use on it !! You got until Wed to practice :)
Excuse my ignorance, but what kind of backstop/target is that?
Thanks,
Dax
Dax , it is soundgard board, this came in 4x9 sheets,he bought it at an auction for 11.00. Enough to build about 4 like that. I've seen the same stuff used under siding on houses(not great sheathing) ,just make sure you don't get the asphalt impregnated stuff! Nasty arras I bet! LOL
It is 1/2" thick,he cut it 12 inches wide and stacked it to get the height wanted. A board on top and bottom, some long bolts between boards to clamp(rebar with a plate welded to bottom and an allthread welded on top to tighten)
So I guess it is about 4' x 4' x 1' thick
