As I have become better at tuning my arrows I have tried to set myself up with as many screw in point weights as possible to try as many combos as possible. I have a least a dozen of each size ranging from 90 grn to 315 gr. But it seems like there are a few gaps that most archery suppliers don't carry. I know I can add weight adapters and washers...etc but there are several broadheads in the 160-165 range and a few in the 180's that are tougher to match and a few extra sizes would be helpful. Does anyone carry screw-ins in sizes like 130, 150/160, 185/190.
Have you tried Braveheart Archery?
Tusker makes a Concorde 2 blade broadhead in 190 grain screw in. Braveheart Archery sells them.

The ones I use in those size ranges are 125,145 and 175.When I am tuning,I add 1 or 2 brass,5 gr weight washers to help me pin it down exactly. When I get to a real oddball weight,I combine a glue on field point with an aluminum adapter or 75,100,125 gr steel.I further fine tune these by adding #6 shot pellets in the adaptor cavity/ferrule.125 gr and 145 gr are so close to what you want.Just add a 5 gr washer. The rest, you can customize with glue ons and adaptors.
Put a post in the classifieds .Looking for 16o to 180 gr screw in field points. you will be surprised what guys have.
You can take a 250 gr and grind it down to what weight you want. Or take a 180 gr and make it into 176 gr. etc.
I shoot 290 gr upfront and use a 50 gr brass insert with a 250 gr fieldpoint ground down to 240 gr....you get the idea. To adjust the weight of broadheads I use the steel broadhead insert and drop a little melted solder into the tip if I want to raise it a teensy bit. I think I can gain about 30-40 gr. like that.
