The roof of my Double Bull blind keeps falling in. I understand that there is a way to tighten the hubs but I am not sure how to go about it. I could probably figure it out but thought that perhaps someone here could save me an "experiment" and some time. Thanks. By the way, it is a Matrix and not a Primos product.

with the hub popped in, try rotating it to the right a 1/4 turn. DB

Do I have to loosen and then tighten any screws. Can't exactly remember what the hub looks like. What is in my mind is a screw in the middle which I assumed you had to loosen and then retighten.

Nope. Don't loosen any screws. Just turn it 1/4 turn to lock it in. Also, check the pockets that hold the fiberglass or carbon rods in place at the corners of the blind. It's possible one of the rods is poking through a bit. It's also possible that one (or more) of the rods is shorter than it should be. If this is the case, removing the rod from the sleeve and stuffing something into the sleeve to stop the rod's progress should keep it from caving in. Now, to remove the rods from the pockets, you will need to unscrew that little screw that holds the fabric to the hub. Other than that, don't touch it.
It's also possible that your hub is broken (quite likely if it's plastic). Likewise, it's possible one of the small round balls on the end of one of the rods that fits into the hub might be broken or missing. Double Bull has always been very good about replacing either. Good luck.

Great...Thanks, guys.
