Had some Bear Razor heads that my beautiful spousal unit got for me some time back and had "Fletcher" mount them on some Surewood shafts. Between the 6 shafts (30" BOP) they weighed in between 558gr - 562gr. I'd say that was pretty amazing!

I had them made specifically for the Bear Kodiak, 50# @ 28". Do you think they'll work?! :D
SWEEEEET!!!!!!
It's almost like he's done this before! Looks great with the bow. Got to love those Surewoods!
Finally got to meet Fletcher at Compton and then again a few weeks ago at Twin oaks for the World IBO shoot. Fine gent ! Hope to share a campfire with him again soon. Awesome looking color scheme, Fred Bear would smile !
Those look great!
Rusty
Now thats some nice work!! :notworthy:
NICE! I will see the fletcher at GLLI this weekend. I plan to get a dozen or two.
I hope to see a nice blacktail laid low with your sweet set up.
Chuck, that would definitely be the icing on the cake except, I am hunting exclusively with my St Joe River bow this year using AD Trad Lites with 175gr Woodsman Elites.
Alright! another nice Michigan made bow. hows about a squirrel or something then?
Hopefully something! I told my daughter I might have to borrow her giant stuffed bear for a while. She got a suspicious look and told me to get out of her room!
Too pretty to shoot
I have GOT to get a set of Rick's arrows to match up with my 68 Super Kodiak! He's got some fine arrows.
B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L work, Rick... but that's absolutely NO surprise!!!
Put 'em to their intended purpose, now, Wanna!
Just found my Bear razors from 1973, they were never used until today. Shot real nice off of my Bear Kodiak Mag. and my Leon Stewart T/D. Wish my arrows looked as good as those.
Ken
Thanks everyone! I've got 4 more Razor heads that need to be mounted. As soon as Rick can match the color as close as possible, I'm going to have him make me a set to match my '76 Blue Stripe Super Kodiak.
T.W.---it would ALMOST be a shame to get blood stains on those arrows! :jumper:
Your right Ben but, ALMOST is the key word! :D
I don't know about everybody else... but I couldnt' bring myself to shoot'em. That is some art right there!! Jason
Nothin but the best from Rick "Fletcher". You should see how many shafts he culls to get the good ones. I am proud to say he is my arrow building mentor as well so I hope one day to build them as well as he does. It is all in the details (small stuff). Congrats those are SWEET. Flint
Those are real lookers!!!
Thanks to everyone for the kind words and to TW for trusting me to make the arrows to guide his Razorheads. It is always a pleasant honor to work with a bit of history. They were made to be huntworthy and some blacktail or roos blood would really dress them up right.
Yeah, I do belive they will not only do the job, but do it in style.
:bigsmyl:
Good looking arrows!
Those deserve to be hunted with. It's their role in life and that is just fantastic work :notworthy: .
Those are great looking Arrows no surprize though Rick does a great job :clapper:
TW, Rick and Tracey spent some time over the weekend designing the St. Joe River Series arrows. They should look real sweet a well

wonderful job fletcher.
Is that Zebrawood on the Kodiak Hunter?
Nick, the riser is made of two separate woods but, I'm not sure what they are. The bow is a '71 Kodiak, 50# @ 28". Would be interested to know if that helps.
If ya think he did a good job on those woodies, ya outta see what he does with carbons! ;)
Don't be afraid to throw a pic in here of one Bill.
That hurts, Bill. :(
Wannabe1,
I was just giving my good friend Rick a friendly jab since he will NOT do carbon arrows at all! :D

Rick called my carbons (I'll censor it for the mods)!
I do have some very nice arrows from Rick that he is convinced will make me shoot wood...I'm still deciding.
Either way those are an awesome set of arrows for an amazing bow!
Josh
Rick "Fletcher" Stillman makes an incredibly great product!
Enjoy those arras Wannabe1 !
Shoot straight, Shinken

That bow shouldn't have zebrawood, but the grain in the pic just kinda jumped out at me. Can you post a closer pic of the riser?
