Was headed out the front door about 30 minutes ago and spotted these fellers and ladies in the edge of the yard.I took this pic through the glass part of my screen front door.I missed one during the spring here behind the house. Its good to see them still hanging out. 15 of`m.RC

No fall season huh? Bummer.

I like huntin' turkey in the spring too. But let's not rush the fall... :)

Ditto!!!!! I'm hoping there's a big buck with an aiming spot and my name all over it running around the farm. ;)
I'm right with ya RC
I seen a bunch of hens and chics this week, always nice to see next springs crop.
We have a week in the fall for either sex. So far I am batting .000 but maybe this year...
I can't wait for the next day much less spring when it comes to trad hunting. :bigsmyl:
I've been waiting almost a year for Fall and you're anxious for Spring!
Here in NH we can take a turkey anytime during bow season with archery gear. Nice little bonus.
In KY the fall turkey and deer open on Sept. 4th and close January 17.
I don't specifically hunt for turkey in the fall but this year for the first time I'm going to hunt from a ground blind instead of a tree stand in a couple of spots that turkies frequent (and deer too).
I've never killed a turkey with traditional gear. I've killed them with compounds.
