Waterloo Archery
5870 Kimball Ave.
PO Box 171
Waterloo, Iowa 50704
319-232-1842

They make a number of different shapes in the choppers and can also make custom shapes.

You can also get the little 2" Rayzr feather   direct from Gateway (http://www.gatewayfeathers.com/rayzr_feathers.html)  .

You can modify any chopper to make the feathers any size you want. Check ou the how to section. Rob has a good tutorial there. I used a thin piece of wood and taped it down. Works great. Good luck!

If you plan on doing up a lot of feathers, go with the one Herb makes.  He has several inserts available and I think he'll make up some custom inserts.
