They make a number of different shapes in the choppers and can also make custom shapes.

Herb's archery makes a new version of the Vario Clipper
You can also get the little 2" Rayzr feather direct from Gateway (http://www.gatewayfeathers.com/rayzr_feathers.html) .

I have a lot of people giving me turkey and goose feathers and I am planing on trying to experiment with some other types of feathers.
You can modify any chopper to make the feathers any size you want. Check ou the how to section. Rob has a good tutorial there. I used a thin piece of wood and taped it down. Works great. Good luck!

If you plan on doing up a lot of feathers, go with the one Herb makes. He has several inserts available and I think he'll make up some custom inserts.
I dont know what i am doing just yet but thanks for the info guys
