This is a Osage selfbow I just finished. I'll be using it this deer season.. Its 55# @ 25 inch draw. 57 inch tip to tip. It has a beaver tail handle wrap. Whitetail deer antler arrow rest.
I started this bow last week the day we buried my friend Greg "DOC" Albright. I finished yesterday

THIS WAS CUT OUT OF GREG'S FUNERAL CARD AND PUT ON WITH TB III GLUE (SEALED WITH POLYURETHANE)

sorry to hear about your friend.the bow is beutiful.i wish i had your skills.i have always wanted a osage selfbow.we have plenty of osage here in southern ohio.i just don't have the skills to use it.thanks for the look,steve

Thanks Guys... Doc and Me knew what simple is.. We Hunted ... ran tractors .... sang a few songs... drank a few beers .... and were good friends... I'll keep you posted on this years buck "WE" will get with this bow... Jeff

now thats what i call having a good buddy to do that for him just think he is in the great hunting ground looking down on you and he will be there with you when you go hunting. now thats a great honour to any freind. :notworthy: :notworthy: and WOW!!!! what a real nice looking Bow. i hope ya make lots of meat together.

glenbo.... I shoot with wood only and theres no noise !!! This is the first time for using beaver tail for handle ... Its real cool stuff ! Jeff
