Finally caught one of the tricky little fellas and am wondering if the hide could be used for anything? If so how?
Part of a bikini for your significant other!
Aren't they like 3" long what would you make from that?
you could make some sort of fancy leather nail clipper sheath :biglaugh:
I'm thinking a thong for elk camp. LOL
Mike
Finger puppet!
Oh, thanks a lot Wingnut. I almost lost my lunch just 'thinking' of ME in a thong. :scared:

I dont know what kinda hunting camp you guys set up, but that scares me! :scared: brings a whole new meaning to the term male bonding
cave man condom sew the eyes shut and go to town
a guy at work said he tanned them.he then saved enough of them to make a patch work vest.he claims it is the softest fur on the planet.i don't know how true his story is but i've never known him to lie.
Mike! Why are you thinking about thongs for elk camp? That just freaks me out.
Ground mole? It would be a shame to grind the backstraps. They're much better lightly grilled over a cigarette lighter.
You guys are killing me :biglaugh: :biglaugh: I was thinking for shelf material not wingnuts under garments. .......but now that you mention it.....it is soft.....really soft
You fellers looking for a quality, pope and young class Mole give me a yell. I got moles the size of fox squirrels all ovwer the dang back yard!
String keeper.
I've trapped about 15 moles this year, and every time I tossed a carcass into the brush I wished I could do something with the "pelt." L'il things are as soft as... moleskin!!
I would have been glad to send them to you Wingnut, but ONLY if you promised never to show the results!!! :nono:
How about a string silencer?
or a nail clipper sheath.(I like that)
If you get two, put them together and use them for a neck knife sheath.
back in "the day" a moleskin was THE thing to rest one's knuckles on when shooting marbles....
How about a rug arrow rest? They used to sew dozens of skins together to make pants or jackets.
Pirate eye patch aaarg.
