I am a member. Our Banquet will be in WI Dells this year at the Howard Johnsons. Last year Fred Eichler was a guest speaker and he did a great job. This year Connie and Gary Renfro. I think it will be on 3/17 but I need to check. Hope to see you all there!

Kevin, I dont think so. The Dells location is great for me. My parents have a summer place 20 min away. That is probably where we will stay, although staying at a hotel is very relaxing at these types of functions.

John, I take care of memberships, and just received your membership form in my mailbox before looking at this.  Hadn't even opened the envelope before seeing this thread!

Welcome to WTA!  Lots of members around here.  There are a few others from Campbellsport also.

The banquet reservations forms are just about finalized and will be in the next issue of the Stumpshooter due out later this month. The date for the banquet is March 17th.  I will email a form to everyone on my WTA email list as soon as it's ready.  If you already get emails from me, you'll see it soon.  If not, drop me an email or PM and I'll add you to the list.  Also, follow any updates on the WTA threads in the State Organization area of Trad Gang.

I've been a member since its beginning.  Unfortunately, won't be able to make it to the banquet this year.  Brother's daughter is getting married the same day.

Tim, Packers and Vikings were equally hard to watch the past couple of years.  WTA is a great diversion!  We'd be glad to have ya!

Joe,

I'm thinking of going to the shoot this weekend in Brokaw.  Will someone there have memberships available?

Im not a member but wondering if you guys could point me in the direction of some 3d shoots that are happening the next couple of weekends somewhere around the Illinois border.  Deer season has only been out for a week now in Indiana and im already needing to find some targets to shoot at and friends to meet.  I have a good friend that wants together and he lives in the Joliet area of Illinois im in the Valpo- Michigan City part of Indiana and there is not much going on here for a couple of weekends.  Anything happening up there we are willing to travel a little ways.  Thanks guys.. sorry to hijack the thread.  Dustin

Dustin, Racine Instintive Bowmen have an indoor 3D shoot scheduled for Feb 3-4.  That is the only one I am aware of in the southern part of the State in the near future, although there could be others.  They have a website at  www.ribarchery.com (http://www.ribarchery.com)  with directions, etc.

By the way, we have quite a few IL members!  Indiana is fine as well  ;)

I'm also a long time member of WTA and currently serving as president of this fine organization. If you're not a member you don't know what you're missing. The banquet is a blast; seminars, vendors, and prizes galore. We always have a nationally know guest speaker for the evening dinner. Hope to see all of you at the banquet or a shoot this year. Actually one of the first 3-D shoots is this weekend at Rib Mountain Bowmen in Wausau. It'll have an outdoor 3-D and an indoor 3-D brush shoot. I'm sure we're all getting a little rusty already and could use the practice. Dale A. Klug
