Where did they put the flat ground? Great looking area and animals. Sure would like some more bear sausage.
Great pics... I've bear hunted not terribly far from there.. These mountains are worse than the rockies in my opinion because they are crazy steep and COVERED in brush...! I got caught in a Laural patch so thick I had to crawl my way through it... Fun again...
Beautiful country..

That place looks like where I hunt in east TN. Same mountains, but a ways north of ya.
If it's the same there, best huntin is the creek bottoms between steep ridges....but dang the wind sure can ruin your day.
Bear and hog in the same place, looks like fun.
What state is it located?
That's quite a spread Terry. Looks like a meat lover delight.
Thanks for making my mouth water...lol
God bless,Mudd
What tastes better, Elk or Antelope???
Necer had antelope but elk is pretty hard to beat imo
Georgia Mudd
Overall...I like Elk better
looks yummy!
nice huntin spot man.my kinda hunting country.
Mate I work on the principal that if it does not make me sick it's all good food.
that like a ghost or somethin in the hog/bear pics? looks like some sort of apparition or a hell of a mosquito swarm.
Wow, sure wish i would have bid more, not sure my leg would hold up to well , but looks like its well worth a little pain. Todd

OKay... I give what is the date?
A typical TG thread.. keeps you wain in anticipation... :bigsmyl: No need to hunt, but the menu looks worth the drive in and of itself.... :biglaugh: But hunting is good too, especially with lots of help to drag the game up and over the mountains for a fella...
Oooopppssss... Stuck proverbial foot in mouth... All I can say is; Madness, you lucky dawg!!!! Stick a big one... Those mountains are like dragons teeth... straight up and straight down...
Hold out for one that is worth the hump out!!!

Hey Terry I bet that smelled good! How is the white oak crop this year? Went out saturday to my land do some trimming up and jumped a group of does and youngens. And all I could do was stand there and smile.
