It's too hot to comment on this thread! :campfire: :campfire: I'm sweating like crazy just thinking about going outdoors!!
For a Ripley's believe it or not moment, it was actually hotter in KS two weeks ago when we went back to our hometown for a family reunion on my Dad's side of the family. Of 12 siblings there are only two sisters still living.

Heat Index here in Middle Georgia is 105 right now. I just got back from the deer woods...walked out a few dry creek beds and hung a camera on a trail between some white oaks and a food plot. I had to keep wringing out my sweatband!
As uncomfortable as it is here, the only place I won't go this time of year is SOUTH CAROLINA!! It gets HOT over there!
Well at least it's warm :)
Right now here in Norway it's 56 f.
Yesterday early morning it was 27.5 farenheit in a place called Roros about 93 miles from my homeplace. Outside my house it was 39 farenheit at the same time  :campfire:
Margly
here in South Carolina its very hot..I miss and love winter
maybe when deer season goes out might have to try hunting with you Ray....
The heat index in Norfolk yesterday was 116. Great Bridge, VA about 15 miles south, registered a heat index of 124.
I hunt alongside the Blackwater river in Surry county, VA. It's got 4 inches of water in it right now.
98 here, cant wait for the pictures!
It was 110 with the index yesterday but I had a crew of shooters in here hungry for pork chops
they won't get home till midnight
Story probably resumes tomorrow
I can only imagine how HOT it must have been at Hog Heaven. 110 index --- wow. Can't wait for the story, Ray.
It has to be good.
Best,
Joe
It's HOT and the heat has the yellow jackets on the warpath.
