Title: KME the best service

Well I bought a KME broadhead sharpener from 3R. and the little roller was very slightly out of center.  I used it like that and truthfully it worked well like it was but that little wobble was starting to drive me nuts!  I emailed KME and told them my problem, at first they said it was impossible for the roller to be out of round so I replied that it was indeed so and I could see the wobble.  To their credit they immediately referred to the old "the customer is always right" rule and sent one to me in the mail.  It only took 8 days to get here because they used priority post not the slow trip.

I thought I'd let y'all know that KME is tops in customer service and a lot of companies could learn from a good company like this.

Yeah,Ron & co. are top notch...so are their products.   :thumbsup:

That kind of stuff shows you what a company is REALLY like.
