I recently purchased a Selway side-mount quiver from a member here. It was like new. Well, there was an honest mistake made in the description as to the size of the mounting bolts. I needed 1/4" X 20 but got the 10-24 size instead. The seller said to call Gordy at Selway to see if he could change out the bolts, as they are an integral part of the quiver and can't be changed by the consumer without destroying the quiver. The seller offered to cover the costs of sending it to Selway and getting it right if it wasn't too much money or I could return the quiver to him and get a refund. Well, when I called Gordy, he said for me to send the quiver to him and he would send me a new quiver with the correct size bolts and all I would have to pay would be the return shipping charges! So, that's what I did and in a few short days I had a new Selway quiver for the price of a used one! Now I call that going above and beyond great service. :thumbsup: :) :jumper:
Yea... I have four of them and would never buy a different brand......They are awesome!!!!!
I'd have traded you...I need 10-28 and have a 1/4"-20.
