Title: Sharpening with a chainsaw file
Post by: StanM on July 07, 2010, 11:50:00 PM
Here's a little video that I did on sharpening broadheads with a chainsaw file.  I got this idea from Nate Steen some time ago.  What I like about it is that you don't have to take a nick completely out of a blade before it's really sharp again.  The chainsaw file actually sharpens up the nicked edge.

Greyfox54,

That's the way I sharpen my Interceptors.  I start with a chainsaw file, and finish with a butchers steel.

And I thought I was the only one that has done that.  Works pretty good on Zwickeys.
