Here are some pic's of my two hunting bows. Both are Wes Wallace Royal Takedowns - 68 inches long, 50 lb @ 28". I draw 30.25 inches. The first one has a cocabolo riser with dirty boo limbs and split Black Walnut / Cocabolo veneers. The second is my desert hunting bow and is all curly Myrtlewood with dirty boo limbs and Myrtlewood Veneers.

I was a little confused at first, the title to your thread had me looking for a baseball score...lol But much to my surprise, no mention of KC or Minnesota....lol
Thanks for showing us those beauty's.
God bless,Mudd
Eric Thor,
I am still working with the wife on it to see if it will be this year or next. I need to get her out of college to free up the hunting funds a lot more! We are also working on setting up a trip to Australia to meet Al Kidner and couple of other fellas to do some shooting and hunting. I am guessing Arizona for Javelina will come first. I will keep you posted and look forward to shooting with you too.
great bows
Beautiful bows! I don't live that far from Wes and still haven't shot one of his bows. One of his longbows is on my wish list. :D
Wannabe1.
If your ever in the Portland area swing out to his shop in Beaver Creek. Give him a call ahead of time and he will let you shoot a bow or two on his range behind his shop. Wes is a fine gentleman and a hoot to chat with. His bows are exceptional, smooth shooting works of art. Tricia has her second royal on order and I am plotting my third bow to make it tripplets. This one will probably have Juniper Veneers.
You can look him up at Wes Wallace Custom Bows on the web.
Love the lines of a Royal, my favorite bow those are good uns
great looking bows!
Thanks Lowell. I have family out in Beaver Creek and was just out there a week ago. Keep wanting to go see his shop but, never remember to call ahead.
Sweet.
I have a set of twins myself. 49# Osage limbs and Rosewood riser and 56# Bacote verneers over Elm limbs and Bacote riser. I've got them both up for sale right now so I can pick up a takedown. Can't get enough of those Royals!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
BS
 Very nice bows!
very nice ! I had a recurve of Wes' and it was one smooth shooter.
Bring those two out to Australia ... !!! We'll take 'em off your hands !!!
I am planning to bring them over for a visit with Al Kidner and Paul. You may have to pry them out of my hands. I am rather attached to them. What part of Oz do you live in Ben? Tricia and I are planning a trip and would love to see all the Australian tradgangers we can during the visit. Al was very generous and offered a room, tucker, and a vehicle to drive to the hunting spots. He lives in Mackay, in Queensland. Paul was telling me the most likely point of entry for us would be Cairns close to where he lives.
Do you know if Wes's 64" will handle a 29" draw?
Wes's bows are my soft spot Clay.... lucky you made 'em T/D/s mate!
I'll get to your email soon mate,
ak.
