Just a little heads up that we have a small run of very nice POC as well as Lodgepole Pine shafting , I am working with a small run mom and pop that is turning out some super looking shafts, this is not , I repeat not, Rose city shafts.
This is some of the best looking cedar I have seen since Cecil and Paula hung it up!
The Lodge pole pine has some mix clear and blue pine that is stunning.
We have limited supply for now and limited spine , Lois is matching them now.
You will have to call the store as these are not on the web, 541-386-4503, hopefully in the future there will be more , we are working on it now.

I called Ted last night and ordered a dozen Lodgepole shafts. When I get them I'll post pics of the shafts and the arrows I make from them.
Your shafts went out today Mike , should have them there in WV by Tuesday.
Good arrow building!
I have had a few calls wanting to know if they come in tapered as well . Yes as we do the tapering here.
So these are like all the shafting we sell , tapered and parallel. We will cut to length and taper nock and point for free as well
awesome ..thanks for the heads up Ted .
ben
How much $ are they?
I'm interested too, how much? Lodgepole is tough and has some weight.
All I can find on the link is spruce and poc. Are you calling one of these lodgepole pine, or can you direct me to the pine?
Sure miss cecil and paula. Great folks and best POC shafts in my lifetime....If the right folks could find an old jig like theirs it would be skies the limit!!!
Ted,
Any long shafts available? Like 35"? And spines of 85# to 115#?
BobW
Sorry Bob , 32" only
Huey , as listed first post call me at the store 541-386-4503 as they are not on the web site.
11/32" dia and we have limited supply on the LP 50#-65#.
Michaelswister , not a tool issue , more supply of wood and good manufacturing process, its a choice not a tooling issue.
Sorry missed it.
Thanks for calling Huey, shafts will be on the way first thing next week.
Called Ted and placed an order today. My computer wouldn't let me finish the order on line. Must've had a bad connection, Ted said he recognized the Michigan accent. We don't have no accent here! But I will have some new cedar shafts before to long.
How much do they cost Mike?
$35... and Ted says this is the best he has seen in a while. He has lodgepole pine too, but I'm digging on some POC!
Thanks for the info!!
