Sorry to hear about your bow.
Hope you had fun otherwise. Good luck with the company and I hope you are uninjured!
well i heard they arent the most customer friendly people, and it was clearly workmanship issue so hopefully they stand by their product.. thank you for posting them wow and it was your 1000 post
When using natural materials and/or human hands to build something, mistakes will happen. What makes the difference is how they handle it from here. Good luck.

i herd pse will stand behind thier products . just tht i dont cars for thier products . an eye or a life is harder to replace than a bow.food for thought :banghead:
well i have spoke to several people and ill give them a call monday...i was told by one of their dealers not to send in my riser if they ask for it,at least not till i get a replacement...anyone ever heard of that
Back in my couple of years shooting compounds I shot and sold for PSE. I would be very surprised if they did not stand behind the bow. You should have little to worry about. Best news is noone was hurt.
well jusst got back from a dealer and they told me they outsource there recurves to china or somewhere.he said they are hard to deal with but said that his shop would do whatever they could to help...thank god one of them shoots trad..but has anyone seen a glue line fail like that the whole length of the riser..the limbs were not hurt whats so ever..if they dont stand behind there product,,,i guess ill make a riser for it,never tried but no time like the present.....
That probably would have scared the **** outta me!!! I think you are pretty luck that didn't hurt ya . . .
I hope you get a new one out of the deal.
i just want a new riser, this little cheap bow means alot to me i won the indiana traditional bowhunters ass. shooter of the year and killed my first trad kill deer with this bow..and when i seem i cant hit anything with my widow i can grab this and hit whatever i am focusing on...im gonna miss her
I wondered where you were today. I saw your post on ITBA and brought my string jig to the shoot. Glad to hear you wern't hurt.
sorry steve it was horrible here weather wise till about 9 and it takes me hour and a half to get there....but still have a few curves set back for emergencies
Glad no injuries, I can still feel the knot on my head from a good upper limb smacking. Hope all works out.
I feel for you. I just lost my bow on the 19th. Seems to be happening a lot these days. I had to deal with PSE a while back and had no problems with them.

Bet it was tough to get targets for THAT one...
:biglaugh:
Glad to see your weren't hurt.
ya rear view shots on all of the targets
ive been looking at some pse product dont think ill be getting one now sorry about the bow glad you wernt hurt
ya ill end up making it anyways see that they dont make it anymore, but they still are in alot of shops
So . . . some questions.
Why did it break at the stabilizer bushing, right along the glue line ? Your bow reel was not the type that is installed there.
Although they call it a stabilizer bushing, I haven't seen anyone hang a stabilizer there for YEARS. What I have seen is folks installing bowfishing rigs. If it so weakens the bow, why did they install a bushing there (I am assuming they did it and not you, as aftermarket). Also, that break sure looks like it backs what you were saying, the stress was on the handle at the pivot point, while under stress of shooting.
I personally think the wood handle bow / bowfishing statement is a crock. Nearly everybody that shoots a stick for bowfishing uses wood.
Seems that they are just not a company to stand behind their products. Sorry your bow broke. I suggest another builder.
I won't be buying anything that says "PSE" on it. I am personally getting a bit tired of BS handed to us by manufacturers turning out a bad product, then claiming it is out of warranty. It is either a good product, or it isn't. You will stand behind it, or you won't.

chuck there is a glue line through the center of the riser that goes through the handle up to the fadeout...so length wise..well it snapped at the handle but first let loose at the stabiler witch caused it to break in the handle..the whole glueline failed the whole length of the riser..ill not support anything that comes from their factory.....
