Title: Is hide handler still in business
Post by: ChrisM on June 15, 2010, 09:38:00 PM
I tried to go to Hidehandler.com and my security on my computer went nutts saying that the sight was attempting to change settings and that it was an extreme security risk and removed me from the site.  So I was wondering if Hidehandler was still legit or what?

Thanks in advance

Same thing for me.......someone must have hacked his site.

He is still in business, and makes a quiver that is second to none.

I have made an inquiry via e-mail and have not had a response. If you are out there Hide Handler perhaps you could chime in here with an updated web site access, or a phone number.
Thanks,
Chuck

I have just received my Hill style back quiver from Steve. We started emailing back and forth last February..probably 20 or so emails altogether...until I could decide exactly what I wanted. Steve made me feel like I was his only customer, even mailing me small samples of the leather I was considering so I could decide on weight and color.  When the quiver arrived, it was exactly what I wanted....plain Hill style, dark chocolate brown with a pocket with an antler button.  I could not be more pleased with his craftsmanship, his customer service, or the finished product.  The website is hidehandler.com and his email address is steve@hidehandler.com.  I have just been on the website so I guess everything is ok there.  Chris, keep trying.  The final results will be well worth the effort!!!
