Title: Made these arrows up for IBO worlds
Post by: Ranger B on June 15, 2010, 08:15:00 AM
I bare-shafted these yesterday afternoon and finished fletching them this morning. Ended up tuning / shooting well with a 145 gr. point. I saw a thread recently on getting matched POC for IBOs. I have departed from years of cedar myself. I like the spruce and will probably stick with it for a wood.   (http://i289.photobucket.com/albums/ll210/RangerB/CIMG8877.jpg)

Yep sitka spruce is hard to beat for sure.  I did come up with some nice ACME cedar shafts from a friends closet for my arrows.  Gotta get em done when we get back from Compton.

I have a couple more weeks before I can shoot.
