I just got a notice on the phone from the post office. They have a long skinny box that needs to be picked up... Wonder what it is?
I asked my wife to pick it up for me. The first thing she said was, "Did you buy another Robertson." As of yet, she had not seen the box, nor did I tell her the shape. I think she was profiling and profiling is wrong!!! :saywhat:
It is actually a Miami Valley Longbow for her. A 43#@28" RD longbow. I took her to a shoot about 2 weeks ago. She wanted to shoot one of my friends 40#er. She did and she enjoyed it. She wanted one to shoot with me and the boys (4 and 6). I will get soem pics when I get a chance. Pretty cool to get the wife involved too! Makes it a whole family thing now.
Thats cool but be careful you may be profiling her if she gets hooked...LOL
Very cool! I wish my parents were into archery of any kind.
I actually hope she gets hooked. It will make for a great family past time. I will even be able to use her light bows to work on form and keep myself tuned up.
How cool is this? Way!
God bless,Mudd
Bow profiling. What is this world coming to?
Some people just look at us in such a bad light. Thinking we are always buying more archery supplies, bows, sneaking out to shoot. tisk tisk tisk. hahaha.
Good luck with getting the wife addicted, got the girlfriend into it and have regretted it once. She loves it now, and now, she's coming to compton to shoot. :)
Where's the family group shooting pics? Good to hear they will ALL be involved.
Danny
Ditto what Danny said!!
Pictures!! Brother, pictures are what we want now!!
God bless,Mudd
I love to see a family fully entrenched in the sport. My wife and daughters all shoot trad and the girls are complaining that they can't come to a 3D this weekend because they already made other plans. Tricia and I are still going while the kids hang have a sleep over at their friends houses.
Congrats. Get and keep her hooked. The family that plays together stays together!
i will try to get some pics this weekend. its hard to do during the week with work.
