Yes they have been reported in PA.  Here's what is written about them in the 2009/2010 Game Digest.

Feral swine have no place in Pennsylvania. Feral swine refers to any pig that is found outside of captivity, which is
where they usually originate. They pose a very real threat to native Pennsylvania wildlife and wildlife habitats. Not only
do they damage wildlife habitats, but they will kill birds, the young of many mammalian species, including deer fawns,
and transmit a host of dangerous diseases. Because they have no natural predators, can live anywhere, and reproduce
rapidly, they will be difficult to control in the best of circumstances.
In many areas of the state, protection has been removed from feral swine by an executive order of the director;
however, to increase the efficiency of eradication efforts, protection may be applied to townships or counties where
eradication trapping operations are funded and being actively conducted. Please refer to our website for specific details
on townships or counties that may have restrictions on incidental shooting of feral swine. Firearm and archery equipment
are restricted to lawful arms and ammunition identified in the Game & Wildlife Code Sec. 2308:  http://www.pgc.state.pa.us/
pgc/cwp/view.asp?a=478&q=151077#2308. If you kill a feral swine please contact the nearest region office within 24
hours, so a sample can be collected for disease testing.

That's the great thing about hogs.  You find 'em you kill 'em.  No limits, no tags required.  The hard part...findin' 'em.  Even in areas covered in sign they can be hard to find.  Here one day; gone the next.

Yep, as I understand it, unless you're in some areas where "eradication trapping operations are funded and being actively conducted" you can kill all you see by any legal weapon.  I've never seen one and really wouldn't have any idea where to go.  If you would happen to see or kill one please do contact the PA Game Commission so they can keep tabs on their distribution and take appropriate measures to keep them from spreading (or at least slow them down some.)

They are saying the same problem exists here in Michigan.  I have never seen one, nor do I know of anybody ever shooting (let alone seeing) one in the wild.  If I ever get the chance though, look out, I'm taking it.

I live in Bedford county Pa. Yes there are hogs in the Rainsburg area and into Black Valley. Shoot them and call the game commission and tell them where they are and they will pick up the bodies!

There is also a population near the Ebensburg/Strongstown area of PA.  I live about 40 mins away from there, never hunted them, but I think info would be pretty easy to find?

There are varied "hog hunting" fenced operations in varied parts of PA... from what i understand, these "feral" critters are escapees of those operations... since hogs are notorious for diggin under fences...bound to happen.

Bedford is on the PA Turnpike West, middle of state. Hamburg, PA is in the NE. 90 min to H-burg, probably 2 hrs from H-burg to Bedford.

For the effort and time you'll invest trying to locate free-range hogs and permission to hunt, I'd wonder...just wonder, if you'd be better served to jump a plane and head to somewhere like Ray Hammond's or Shiloh Ranch in Ada, OK. Only two I can witness to... the Pa set ups are pretty ugly from what I've heard, but you likely will "kill" a hog!

Limited number of hogs in WV, you can only hunt four counties. Very mountainous terrain in theses areas also.

GrnMtn, I don't know, I guess most people don't eat them??. The game commission had a letter in the paper saying - to shoot all you come across and then call them to pick them up. Maybe they think someone will shoot 10 or 20 hogs??
