Ray, for aluminum I would try 2018, wood possibly 60-65lb spine, possibly a little heavier!

Good shootin,

Steve

Ray,I shoot a Bob Lee 60"52#@28" skinny string  and use 55-75 Gold Tips 29.5 50gr weight behind insert and 125 head.75-80lb spine wood with 125 tip both bare shaft straight.

Wood I would definitly use 75-80 with 125gn tip.  The bow is cut 3/16 past center so it likes a stiff arrow.

I was gonna say 65-70 for a 29" arrow, but if the shelf is cut 3/16 past, you are gonna want that extra 10 lbs of spine.

got me a Bob Lee T/D 58" 56#@28 and I'm shooting a Easton Axis Realtree 500 cut to 28.25" with a 200gr point and they fly like a laser beam and they weigh in at around 490grn(510grns with a lighted nock and 7" wrap).  I'm currenty working on some Easton Axis 340's cut to 29.75" with a 250grn point and they are very close.

I believe they (Bob Lee Archery) told me my bow was cut to center.

I'm shootin' a Bob Lee 55lbs. @27 inches that loves the Arrow Dynamics Traditional Lite cut to 29 inches with 125 grain head, but it will shoot many different arrows.  Bare shaft test to find the right arrow.  When they fly like a dart bare shaft, you've got it.
