As this is the Memorial Day weekend,:
To all of our veterans and active duty men and women-
To the families of those who gave all so that others could be free-
To all my fellow Viet Nam Era vets-2 words that we rarely, if ever, heard back in the day-
"THANK YOU!!!!" You are what made this country great!
I would echo, the sentiments from selfbow above being from that same era.
Mike Most

We owe so much to veterans but, it hardly ever gets shown. Thanks & God Bless all of you.
I will throw a huge THANK YOU from all my friends and family here in Georgia.
As a Vietnam veteran thanks!!!
As a Veteran; to those that are serving and to those that have fallen, Thank You for your service and sacrifice.
The Freedom we all enjoy comes at a price that is paid in lives. It is indeed a very brave man or woman who knowingly and with out hesitation makes that choice. Then lays their life down so their fellow countrymen can live free.
This is what made this country great, this is what has defined us from the rest of the world. Our thirst for FREEDOM is the definition of AMERICA.
NEVER LET THAT DIE.
Remember one thing and that is the price that those who have served and fallen paid, so you may read this as a FREE; MAN OR WOMAN.
NOW REMEMBR THIS; OUR CURRENT PRESIDENT WILL NOT! BE AT ARLINGTON TO HONOR THE FALLEN THIS MEMORIAL DAY.
HE WILL BE ON VACATION.

I send my deepest appreciation to the veterans of the USA! Thank you for being willing to put your lives on the line for all Americans.
My father was retired Army and I got to "grow up" in the military.
Freedom does not come without a price - sacrifice and giving.
God bless America!
Shoot straight, David Camp

Our veterans and current military have my heartfelt thanks for our freedom and safety.
I salute you all! I had the freedom of choice to join the Marines because you gave that to me.And your memory will live on through all of us who served after you and will continue to live on after us.
Thank you to all who have served.
Thank you to all who wear the uniform, whatever it may be, or take up public service to benefit us all. You are the heros all too often unsung. God bless you and thank you.

To those currently serving, and to those that have served thank you.
I fished the BFL All American bass tournament in Hot Springs Arkansas this past weekend. While on stage I was wearing my hat with Retired AF on it. The weigh master took notice of it and encouraged me to talk about our fine military folks to an audiance of I don't know how many. There were hundreds in the crowd and the weigh in was being broadcast live on the internet.
It was an honor to say thank you to so many with the help of FLW Outdoors and the Versus channel.
My wife and I both retired from active duty and now our son has continued in our stead. I guess it is a family tradition with us.
Salute.
I would like to thank all vets, current and past. But I'd like to salute a couple of special vets on this day.
Dwain Bland-Tailgunner WWII
Mr. Brewer-82nd Airborne WWII(my recent history lesson tells me that this was the beginning of this brave unit)
Vance Brewer-Nam

Lets enjoy this day, and do what we must so we can have plenty more.
Chuck
In this world we live in today we have too many "heros" that in my opinion should not be. Sports figures, actors etc. To me the veterans who have fought for our freedom and especially those who have died for it ARE MY HEROS. There are no words to express my gratitude.
Thanks,
Mark
