I have been preparing this skull for a european mount but I can't get these stains out...

water,dish soap, and a fish tank heater.cange the water every few days till its all gone.

So what is the stain...greasy fat in the pores of the bone?

the stain is grease coming out of the bone. soak it in a solvent.

did you soak the skull in bleach after you boiled all of the meat off
get some high strength bleach mix to double strength let it soak for a few days then rinse very well
did you get all of the brain out if not it may be left over brain seeping through the bone but it would stink really bad if there is any brain left

I would not recommend bleach. It will weaken and destroy the bone causing it to flake out after it is dry.
