Title: Another cute & different BW
Post by: firsted on May 24, 2010, 07:18:00 PM
Picked this little filly up about a month ago.  Haven't seen any quite like her.  BW folks can definitely skin some limbs!  They were kind enough to name her Diamondback (kind of like my viper of a first love!) Anyway, I don't usually like skinned limbs but these really do look great!  She's a very well mannered PSA III, 58", 53#@28.  She's light for me but maybe for my old age.....
I know lots of folks talk about BW hype but I have to say I really do love shooting BWs!  Very smooth, no hand shock, very accurate.  Anyway, I said I'd post this so here it is.  Hope ya'll like her.  Sorry about the lousy photography.

Nice.   What kind of grip is on the bow.  Looks lower than normal.  I might could shoot this bow.  I have trouble with the asbell.  It is very uncomfortable for me.  Did you have this grip custom or is this just what a low wrist bw grip is?  Thanks

Looks good.Love the lower grip.Spurs I had about 6 widows with thier standard grips and recently got a low grip PA.It made a huge diffence for me.Finally a widow I can shoot well. The PL longbows and PSR were good for me.But the SAs,TFs and AO one pieces I had,had standard grips that just did not work for me.They have been offering the low grip option like shown above for a few years now and will do a custom grip if you got something in mind for a few extra bucks.
