I applied for a Red Oak permit and have enough points to get a tag. Unfortunately the friend who was going to help me with this hunt is not going to be able to help.(long Story) anyway, are there any guides in the Red Oak zone or anyone who can help me get onto some bears?

Doe anyone know if I can trade a permit for a point?
