enjoy!! what bow are you taking?
Good luck! Looking forward to the story.
Sounds like an exciting time is about to begin. It's wonderful to think of a group of "brothers of the bow" coming together for a real hunt. Somehow it doesn't seem to feel any different than when they were gathering to hunt rabbits or pigs. Isn't that cool?
I pray you and the rest have a fun, safe and eventful time/hunt.
Take a bunch of pictures please!
God bless,Mudd
PS: If you have need, there's a decent automotive mechanic around Soldotna on the Kenai Peninsula.
Check for Bill Williams( just tell him his brother recommended him)
Good luck, have a great trip!
You'll love Homer Ocean. We hunted Kodiak with them.....top notch, first rate, awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good luck!!!!
Good luck and I hope you stay safe.
Bears are supposed to be distantly related to hogs, so they better watch out for Thomas "Hogdancer"! He's bad medicine for them!
Good luck Gene, hope you get a giant.
HALIBUT HUMM! Take the biggest cooler you can those dude are tasty. Good luck and be safe. We need photos when you return.
Have a great trip and the best of luck to you guys. Make sure to pack a back brace....you're gonna need it when you are trying to hoist one of those "fridge doors" out of the deep!!!
Good luck. I'm a little jealous.
You'll be driving within 2 miles of our house. Wifey and I just bought a case of Alaskan Summer Ale for guests!

Good luck. It sounds like the bears are popping out a little later than usual this year. I am planning on going out of Whittier (on my boat) in about 10 days. Each day we have bright skies and warm weather will bring out more bear. You should have a blast, Homer is a great place!!

Steve,
do I still constitute guest status? If so can you buy me some amber LOL! Wish I had more time, I'd be there this weekend, gotta love OT! Oh btw, the Jay Massey memorial shoot is this weekend. If you need info holler.
Good luck.
Is it just me or does Gene sound a little excited about meeting up soon with bears and big, tasty fish? Rounding up a bunch of TGers for an Alaska trip sure sounds like a great time. I have always thought if I ever got up that way to hunt and fish that Homer Ocean Charters would be a good way to do it. Looking forward to your report and lots of pictures. Good luck to all of you!
good luck - have fun - remember its a journey
