Just a little tease...my camera took exactly two pics...and then decided to die...
The troops are on their way home...so I'll just start with this and let them flesh out the details!

What the heck is that up in the tree with the red eyes?
Big owl Rick
Big Owl, maybe it was getting late. He flew down on me and was checking me out. I also got attacked by a Turkey hen. She had some little ones that I did not see. She tried her best to draw me away.
Tim, glad you got to hunt at Ray's. He's got a nice place.
Low and Behold, I know those young twins in the second pic. Nice going McMillan boys. John is gonna love the hero pic. Don
Thought that's what it was, cool pic, and congrats on the pork!
Nice pigs. great pics to go with the thread.
Congrats to everyone (including Ray) but especially the McMillan lads. Those youngsters are coming along faster than a frieght train - in a "traditional" way that is - LOL
Ohhh Lawd those are some great pics.Congradulations to all.
Please tell us a snake story. He's a beauty.
Congrats!!!!!!
Can't believe it hasn't 'greened up' there yet, still looks like wintertime in some of those pics.
Want to hear more about them younguns and thier stories!!!!! :readit:
waaaaaaaaay cool, ray and crew!
BTW Ray....Rob and I will be 'next door' again in June right after the auction....Black Berry time again. Will stop by for a visit if'n ya got a crew in the same weekend.
Luke and Ian are real "renaissance men" in the making- both are intelligent, with a real working knowledge of the outdoors that includes plants, animals, and especially bird life.
They're bright and quick learners, eager to be taught, open to instruction, and work hard to achieve results. They are polite and respectful, but voice their thoughts and I wouldn't be surprised if we hear great things of both of them in their future endeavors. Their dad Joe McMillan should be exceedingly proud of them both.
Tim Antoine, Clair Kiner, and Alan Felix rounded out the crew and really got after them - everyone was cheerful, had a good time, and were great fun to have in camp.
Looks like a good time had by all.
Congrates Tim. I hope to make it back someday myself.
Awsome photos and Congrats on the fine Hogs!!
Tarz
the river and statue and camp pics were taken late march but I just got them from skwerrelly so I posted them
Ah...gotcha Ray...cool pic of the statue for sure.
I'll be in touch....cause if you got a group, I got a LOT of Hog sausage I need to use up. I'll bring some for Bfast for your gang....and even bring the Italian Garlic sausage for your spagetti dinner.
Must be nice to have enogh "wild pawk" around to feed the hungry neighbors.Maybe the south aint such a bad retirement destination.Only 12 years to go.
Gotta go to Ray's,
gotta go to Ray's,
gotta go to Ray's!
Goo hunt guys!
Where's the tales, Night Stalker and everyone??
Night Stalker, what brand and model of camera do you have? Those are awesome photos.
im going to post a separate thread to get it out there, thanks for the kind words all, and I had a great time in camp with everyone. and please add youre kill stories on the post
thanks
Ray, its just a cheap Kodak easy shareZ1285. Did you get my email and all the pics? Below is a really neet pic. The bottom half of the photo looks shaded because where the water level had been. When Luke and I walked through, we stopped and had to stare. It looked like an optical illusion. (http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b301/TimAntoine/hogtrip055.jpg)
I talked to Joe today, I was impressed with both boys. Perfect shots on both hogs. They shot better than I did.
There is so much to see, half the time I walked looking for hogs and the other was spent looking at different flora, bugs, etc. Definately saw things I never seen before.
Good job folks!
Cool pics.
If I had my way, I'd say that 2nd pic on page one needs to go up top for a few days.
Ray, you are right, not a nicer , more polite set of kids out there. Don
Gotta agree with batman on the choice of pics for up top. Not my decision, though.
I agree UP TOP!!
lee, recognize the bow on the left?
thats one of youre "pretty bows". love it to death and she did the job pretty well...
Kudos all around
Great job boys! Looks and sounds like everyone had a grand ole time. Can't wait to hear some stories.

In the works......
Sounds good, Terry - I vouch for that assesment of the lads too - it's that good Marine based training in their home  - keep up the good work, Joe, Luke, and Ian, you all "ring true" in my book.
The pic are great but that copperhead has great coloring.
Man I have to make this trip in 2011! What is the best time of year for that pork Ray?
Thanks
Gil
Cool, can we here the full story of the kids shots,etc...
Gil,
Its best to call me...every season of the year is good, but in a different way and each appeals to different types of people.
:campfire: Congrats everyone.
Way cool!!!
I really enjoyed having Ian and Luke and yes even Joe in camp!
Tim Alan and Claire were especially nice and mindful of the boys and it was just a tremendous time all round!
Great pics, nice job everyone. Ray I can't wait to get back down there! Just curious anybody see Mother Green?
Ray, just curious? Did you get Joe to open up and talk any? He's usally hard to get a word out of. LOL. DB
Just plain cool! good job all, congrats
Hey, were are all the stories to follow. :campfire:

Ray I am going to try to call you this weekend. I want to check with a friend to see if he wants to join me. If he doesn't I will book just for myself for 2011.
