Went to Nixa Friday in the rain and I mean pouring rain. Black Widow was having their Asbell & Beck seminar. Those tents looked damp. I was there to pickup my PCH-X 51#@28" by 56". I draw 29" so Toby scaled it for me...54.5#@29". Thought I would post some pictures for everyone: Brazilian Rosewood, bambo, black and white fiberglass and black phenolic riser with Curly Bubinga limbs. No red.

Beautiful bow!!!!!
Nice bow!! Hope nobody grew gills with all the rain we had down here the last couple of days.
Awesome looking bow. It makes me want to buy another Widow!
Beautiful bow.I'm like Rackman .Makes me want 1 .
Very nice!!!
I'm seriously liking the white glass and no red in these new widows everyone is getting. The red is overdone...that white looks SO sweet in that.Nice bow.
I like the looks that way very much. Congrats on a fine bow!
 :notworthy: Boy that sure is pretty !!!
Bill
WOW :bigsmyl:
Nice!!!
Superb!
DAmn! Gorgeous! I hurt my back two Saturdays ago and couldn't get out of bed for three days. I had to cancel my reservation for the clinicSucks that it rained too. My fatherinlaw and I had planned since 09 to make it to Nixa and hit the shop while there. I finally shot my bow on Thurs, but still haven't gone to the gym yet. Bad news is we missed the clinic, good news is I don't have any disc damage and I can shoot a longbow again. Seeing the curly Bubinga lams is pretty inspiring.
Beautiful
Congrats great looking bow.I like mee too the white stripes much more.Beautyful wood combo.
That`s a realy nice looking bow.I wish I had the $$$ to order one.Maybe next year.I`m sure it`ll shoot as well as it looks.
I like it w/o the red lines. That would make a good looking longbow combination with those woods.
Best looking widow I ever saw. Makes me like widows again
Love it! I have one in the works honduras rosewood no red. Your pics are making it harder to pass the time. Congrats TERM
very nice, love the wood choices
Sharp bow for sure. I just got a Makassar ebony and cocobolo riser with Bubinga veneers in a Firefly and love the look, but if I was to do it again I would get the Brazilian Rosewood. Very nice combo.
The PCH is next on my list. I also draw 29- 29 1/4". How is that 56" to draw at 29"? I was thinking going 58".
Very classic looking bow. I like it alot!
wow, beautiful bow. The curly bubinga is the prettiest I've ever seen did they stain it?
Thanks for all the complements everybody.
Tom, No it is not stained. I thought they came out nice too.
Dan

Thanks for the nice complements. I was very, very skeptical about the shorter bow. Went to BW to buy a 58". They talked me into shooting clear down to a 54". It did not stack or pinch at all. I spent 2 hours the first trip shooting. Went back another weekend (my boys are in college in Springfield)and shot a couple more hours. The 54" felt great, but really just could not trust myself so bought the 56". Within 2 minutes of getting in the BW's door on Friday I was shooting my new bow to make sure 56" was going to work.It shoots great from what I can tell so far. Came home Saturday,it was raining so took it to the basement and used some untuned arrows to this bow and they shot great. No pinch or stack. Please do not trust me, shoot one for yourself before buying.
Dan
Dan, I absolutely love the looks of your bow. That white glass is awesome!
I got a PSAX Zebrawood a few years ago. I had them do black and white glass in the riser as well as the limb tips...it turned out great as well.
Very Nice to meet you. Sorry I could not sit and shoot the breeze with you. My real job interfers sometimes.
Scott
Oh yea and sharp bow.
As stated above, I think that is the best looking Widow I have ever saw. Heck, it may be the best looking bow of any kind I ever saw course I am partial to Widows anyway.
Hey Scott,
I watched your videos, you are quite the talent. I think the arrow wraps and double dogs will look and work great. Tell Mindy thanks.
Dan
Beautiful!!!!

Thanks for the info Dan. I shot the 54 at Kazoo this winter. I didn't care for it much first impression, but I only shot it once. I then jumped to the 58" and liked it a lot. I ended up spending more time with a 60" that was sooooooooooooooooooo Smooooooooooooth! I plan to give them another go at Compton Lord willing to see what length I like best. I want short, but no pinch.
Very nice bow.
I love Widows and that has to be the nicest I,ve seen .Exact same specs too.Congrats and all the best.
