Title: Re-enforcing carbon arrows
Post by: rammvan1 on April 18, 2010, 06:07:00 PM
I've got a carbon arrow 5/16 that is mushroomed at the nose. I've heard you could re-enforce them with adding a small piece of aluminum shaft. Is this possible and what size would I need for my carbon?

carbon footing info click here (http://tradgang.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=1;t=085200#000000)

Here is a link for some carbon footing info and there are a bunch more threads with the same info.  One thing i learned a while back before posting a thread use the preview button.  That way you will know if you got it right!
