Bill makes some beauties, including take-down recurves.
Does anyone know how to reach him? Looks like someone has hijacked his website: www.zonacustombows.com (http://www.zonacustombows.com)
P.S.: I just noticed that when I try the website, I'm directed to zonacustombows.NET! Maybe it's just my computer(?)

Very nice Jason!
Very nice laminations, for sure they are tough.
What's the difference between Actionwood and Diamondwood?
Action wood is typically a laminated maple that has the abilty to recover with great efficiency.
A preferred limb core choice by many bowyers.
Dymondwood is typically laminated phenolic impregnated birch and is significantly heavier than action wood. Dymondwood may be preferred by some bowyers for risers to add stabilitiy, rigidity, shock reduction, tougness and possibly for obtainining specific color schemes.
hey Bucky check out the sponsor classifeds, under Black Creek Bows, click on the photobucket , Jim has a green mountain recurve on there, very nice.
Here's my son's camo actionwood Kanati.

Dymondwood also has thinner laminations and is basically indestructable.
