Title: Bow Recipe

Looking for a good bow Recipe.  I have made several flat limb laminated bows and would like to try my hand at a trapped limb bow, but don't have any specs on number of lams, thicknesses, etc.  Does anyone have a good recipe or a location I can go to get one?  Wanting to build a 60 or 62 inch bow around 55#.  Thanks for any help.
