Got an email from Roger and I guess the change I made didn't get seen or something so it looks like I will have a 58 instead of a 56...but I think it will be fine.
The loner was a 58 @ 60 and it shot real sweet.
Mine will be 57# @ 58" so it should be nice to pull to anchor for sure.
Can't wait to have MY OWN again..so i can really get my shooting down.

Nice. Mine shouldn't be far behind.
I got mine on Monday. PCH Crossgrain and loving it. Plan to take it to TEXAS next week and give it a work out. Jerry I really think you will like the 58" that is what mine is. WIDOWS RULE
Well I know ben that they perform...flat shooting and smooth...Like I say I had the 58" to try Ed and it fired those ad's out like darts.
guess I overshot the 10-12 yarder cause I shot a longbow before...tee hee...probably not....I do know that up to 20 yards I think you can just hold it on the target...

Congrats Jerry. I'm at the front end of my wait. Lets see some pics of these new PCHs.
Never say never I guess...
I thought Widows are just ok. Admittedly never shot one, but mainly don't like the looks. It is just me I know, but I never thought I would be interested in buying one.
But this PCH has me thinking about getting one. I like the looks and I hear such great things about how they shoot.
Any day now, any day now....... :archer2:
congrats, will get me a widow someday. shot alot of bow's at the kalamazoo show and really liked those widow's.
Lucky!! I have around another 6 weeks to wait! Post pics so I can drool a little.
Please don't post a pic Terry's were hard enough to deal with. :dntthnk:I'm sure another pic would put me over the edge.Bad week to spend the coin :banghead: :banghead:

Beautiful bow, Mike!
yipper..beauty
OK,now you have to post the specs.LOL
Mooseman, What are the woods on that? Very nice BTW.
Thanks guys, it is 58" 50#@28" (I draw 29.5") Pau Ferro riser and curly maple limbs. The limbs are outstanding, they "dance" out in natural light. I'll have to get a pic of the other side of the riser, the grain has a really nice swirl to it...Mike
Nice PCH mooseman! I've been shooting mine for about 4 months now and can't find anything that I don't like about it. I got a 60" and it is wicked smooooooth. Good luck with the new bow...Glen

I draw that also. I am kicking around the idea of a 58". I shot a 60", and it was great. I hope to get to Compton to shoot a 58". Let me know how the 58" feel for you for lenght after you shoot it some.
Hey Mooseman great color combo, looks almost as good as mine. By the way Thanks for the help with the pictures. Sorry I sent the email just before I figured it out, so if you catch it you can disregard it.
Just got mine a week or so ago, Autumn Oak riser and Iron Wood limbs. Finest Widow I've ever shot or owned !
Great looking bow!!! Looking forward to hearing your reviews on how it shoots. Congrats
Nice PCH mooseman! You guys with the new PCH pics are killing me! : - )
I heard today that my bow has CLEARED CUSTOMS.....awwwwwwwwwwwwwwlllllllllllllll righty then.
There is a huge grizz at my buddies place I guess and some blackies feeding on croacussus.

lt-m-grow all I can say is don't shoot one. I felt exactly the way you did, really never liked the looks of them. I was impressed with the way they performed with their handle forward design, it is almost impossible to torque the bow and get a bad release. They also like a heavy spined arrow, all good things. Then Big Ed advertised a PSA with a Coca Bola riser, black phenolic and heavily figured yew limbs, gorgous. I missed out on it to Pastor Steve for a few days then bought it off him.
I have been shooting longbows for the last five years and love them however I feel like I'm cheating with this Widow recurve. Easily picked up an extra ten yards.
Those PCH sure look sweet!! Maybe one day
