Title: Broken Hand and getting better arrow flight.
Post by: ChrisM on April 12, 2010, 07:23:00 PM
Broke My hand last wednesday ( bow hand finger next to pinkie  fracture just before the nuckle in the hand protion).  Well I am stubborn and shot my bow today and have better arrow flight than before.  So I was wondering if someone could enlighten me as to what I was doing wrong with a good bow hand.  RD 59# @28 64"  Carbon arrows.

Your not gripping the bow to tight(lets it settle in) and it creates less torque on the bow.IMO

Hmm, I'm having carpel tunnel surgery this Wednesday on my bow hand, wonder if that will help me, when I get back to shooting, that is.  Seriously, I'd agree with Ipcjon2, it's likely the torque on the grip.

That's dedication! I guess some people will do anything to improve their arrow flight.  :bigsmyl:
