Very nice Jim !!!
Lanier
Thats pretty cool, nice looking wood combo!
Wow talk about the possibilities
thanks guys, lonnie and i enjoyed putting this one together. it was a little more challenging than OUR standard riser. we were very happy with the finished results. and i do like that wood combination.
thats just plain gorgeous!!
Nice contrast of colors. Beautiful Bow
I would like to have one like that some day!
I think the grip looks great!
ok there's a concept maybe i am a little slow but i have never heard of anyone doing that can make a rise for any set of limbs?
That's right, We just need your limbs and will make a riser to fit them.
That riser is just FREAKING beautiful! Man I love the heck out of Osage. That's some great work there. You are definitely talented. :D
Very impressive indeed!!
thanks will it be the same profile or can you add some deflex? what are the options thanks price?
We can build it however you want it, options are wood choices, number and type of stripes ( straight or radial cut), limb bolt type, shape of grip. etc.
Price starts at $325 for standard limb bolt system, ILF starts at $375. The riser in the photos had a few options, limb pad angle made to customer's spec, custom matched grip (customer supplied grip from a different bow and then came in for a final fitting) also has a double radial cut plus a second glue-up. $425
thanks!
Spectacular!
Really nice! Good to know that option is available.
I'll be talking to you guys about an ILF soon. That is a very nice piece of work.
also guys, we havent been keeping the website up to date like we should(it just wont update itself, lol). it should be revamped by this weekend. we do apologize for this. will have quite a few more bows listed.
thanks, jim
Jim
I believe you are about to be a very busy man in the near future.
Wish i had the money to put in a order before you get booked up, very nice work you are doing.
thanks joe, also doing snakeskins now. just thought i would let you know(know how you like them copperhead skin lol).
jim
AHHH you remember, im impressed, you know that kind of memory is whats going to keep you so busy my boy.
I assume you will be at the Howard Hill shoot and if so lets get together and build the ultimate bow.lol
Ya know after seeing that riser i may go ahead and start looking for a set of ACS limbs.
That riser would look sick with a set of copperhead skins on the limbs.
I have to say the bow i shot that you had at Tannehill that didnt really fit me at all sure could smoke a arrow.
I have told several people about your bows and all agreed you are on your way up, your bows really do smoke a arrow.
thanks joe, looking forward to seeing you at tannehill. we'll get together and make something happen. been looking for a very good set of copperhead skins to no avail. will keep looking though. want a really good set.
jim
how long are your ilf risers going to be?
in the process of designing, looks like they are going to be 14 and 16 inches.
Jim
A nice set of water snake skins or even some kind of rattle snake skins would be fine, it doesn't have to be copperhead.
I also really like Eastern diamond back skins.
I should be able to put in a order at Tannehill and i look forward to working with you on my new bow.
You really do make a bow that is super fast and im certain you are going to do very well in the bow building business.
I have no clue how long you have been at this but you really have a design that is fast and smooth on the draw.
Beautiful work!
