I usaully like the lower 71/2 BH,it is still very quiet and forgiving, smoother for sure and a tad faster.I tryed the 8" BH and I didn't like it.

A fist thumb up and about an inch. You'll be in the ball park.

I am with Felix. Just had mine out yesterday and with my new Rose Oak limbs I started out at 7.5" and didn't need to change yet. Somewhere between 7.5" and 8" as Grant said and you should be right in there.

Good Luck!

I used 8" with a dacron string.With Rose Oak limbs and an SBD string,I'm about 7 1/4"-7 1/2".

felix sent a PM.   i like a high brace  8 to 8.5 ...just feels better to me and i think i get a little more consistent arrow flight. that's with #1 and #2 on an A.

Love my Rose Oak limbs! Very fast, silent, and no hand shock. Well worth the cost without a doubt. Check out Brandon's site for info but he is top notch to deal with.

Also have a set of Rose oak limbs.  They are extremely well crafted. Fit every bit as well as a Bear limb or better.  Quiet and smooth. My 58# Rose oak limbs will cast the same arrow a little farther than my 65# Bear limbs.  Any other questions feel free to pm me.

Felix- I love Brandon's limbs, period. Faster, quieter, and as mentioned earlier, will take a lower brace if I choose. My reasons for a higher brace ht. are the same as Kuch's- the bow just doesn't seem to be as sensitive to user related errors that often occur in the less than perfect situations we find ourselves in when in the field. Mr. Bear ran a pretty high brace on his takedown as well, probably for the same reasons.I'll PM you about the Rose Oak limbs- I'm on the list for two more sets in late August-one of them clear glass with rosewood veneers for my Signature. Can't wait.  Grant
