Was talking to a friend today about these. I keep unscented baby wipes in the truck all during hunting season and use them for lots of stuff. Whether rubbing face paint off, wiping down the early season sweat or using them to clean my you know what when nature calls. I also keep some in a zip lock baggy in my pack as well. Just wondering if anyone else utilizes these handy little moist towelettes?
They are in the truck, backpack, fanny pack and bicycle bag.
I have three kids the youngest is now 7,and I buy more now then when they were babys.I use them for quick showers in camp to tp. and everything in between.
Truck, pack, and work lunch box as well!
I have the anti-bacterial ones also.
I've used them for 13 years.Funny that's just how old my son is.Never saw any before that    Keep small packs in all my huntig and fishing gear.
These also work great for cleaning your bow. This is step one for me when getting an old bow in the mail....then the toothpaste!
I always have a zip lock baggie full in my pack during season. I never knew how great they were until I became a Dad!!
I don't leave home with out them!
I keep a small Rubbermaid bow in the back seat of my truck during hunting season. It has everything I need if I kill a deer -- rubber gloves, garbage bags, bottles of water, baby wipes, etc.).
Ohhh yeah, do I. I even packed a set on a DIY elk hunt 2 years ago although I was trying very hard to keep my pack weight down. I only carried one package but it was well worth it.
Yes sir!!! They are very nice to have in the woods :)
All the time. Great stuff.
Yep!!!!
The years have stopped the major packing trips but when I did I let the wipes dry out so they would be lighter, they reconstitute perfectly with water in a zip-lock. After a few days in the bush they are my #1 luxury item.
heck yep! Good for wiping off those bloody hands after a short blood trail...great for elk country too for a quick cat bath after sweating and climbing all day!
WOW...here i thought for sure i was the only nut. i use these for everything, i have ziploc baggies of these everywhere, from my duck blind bag to my car....even have some in my toolbox.. i truly would be lost without them.. how did people in the past get along ithout these.
I just packed some to take on my turkey hunt this weekend.
Oh yeah, I don't go out without them!
Keep some in my truck.
Yep!
Walmart sells some in their camping section that are biodegradable in 21 days.
I have a great tip if you want to keep weight down on a DIY hunt let them dry out they weigh nothing when dry and when you get there or need them just add water and they are as good as new. I have been using them longer then I can remember I think about 19 years or so nothing takes fat-tallow buildup off you knife better then they do. They are truly a must have never leave home without them. Widow
Always carrying them as well. Very useful for the above mentioned reasons.
David with that display name( Dirty Bird) I would hope so...LOL
Iron-That's why trees grow leaves. Hap
Hap you r tuff enough to use Holly leaves!
My oldest was 8 on 3/1 so I have been using them just over 8 years now. Don't know what I did without them. Best thing ever for taking off face paint. Those and heat packs can take the place of a lot of stuff when I pack light.
Keep them in the truck and my fanny pack when hunting. Wouldn't leave home without them.
Yup, got some with me all through hunting season, work for lots of things, and as Dave said, antibacterial ones and unsented for sure!
There great
Nope it is just you TJ
you bet. best thing I carry in my hunting pack
U bet, next best thing to a shower in Elk camp. All my hunting partmers now use em too. Just be sure to rib your partners properly if they make a mistake and bring the baby scented ones!
Used em in the Army and use them now. same uses you use them for. If you get the heavy alchohol base fluid ones they make great firestarters too.
YUP. Just don't mix them up with Goop Off wipes for paint and grease removal. I had a friend mistaken them, his butt was on fire for a few days! OUCH :scared:
Me too.
I use the big bath size ones for bathing. They're available in the Depends section. ( May have to start using those one day, too.)
I use em all the time. They really cut the grime when camping!
Did a long trek in the Brooks Range in the winter, and discovered that you have to keep a few in a ziploc inside your shirt to have them unfrozen when the need arose. Also more comfy that way.
I got into an argument once with my wife. I said, "why does the baby always get all the good stuff?" I have been using them ever since.
Yes sir!!!
Wouldn't go hunting without them. Plus Chap Stick.
They also work good for cleaning up your animal prior to photos.
Always great to have on those trips in the backcountry for several days.
I like huggies, but we better keep the use of these quiet or they will start comming in camo and the price will double.
I will remain with the white ones they show what your doing.
All the guys I hunt with use 'em. Good for a number of things.
they were my best friend during field exercises and during my tours in the big sand box!! I still use them for my 2yr. old, keep em' in the truck, and always carry a sandwich bag full when hunting, fishing, or scouting. One of the best inventions ever!!
Of course I keep some everywhere! Doesn't everybody? I use them on my hands after I gut a deer. They help to keep the blood and stuff off of my bow and the steering wheel of my truck. They work real well when nature calls too, if ya know what I mean!
Always have them in my pack
They work good for a lot of thing and work better than leaves in a pinch :scared:
I don't think that anyone has mentioned that they work great to clean your bloody, furry, arrow. This application is especially handy when you have an opportunity for multiple kills, like when hunting rabbits. I am not a fan of shooting a bloody arrow and getting face full of splatter.

They didn't. That's why so many cultures are extinct. They were wiped out by those who DID have baby wipes!
I have used them for years but thanks to this post I now know what to do with them when they dry out, which they often do in the Texas heat. Thanks for the info.
Years back cow elk hunting with my dad he pulled them out when I was done with his elk, been hooked since. Way too handy.
Baby Wipes (unscented) are THE BOMB!
great stuff.
I never leave home without them...Here I thought I was the only guy to use them,I used to be tortured by my friends on hunts for not "roughing it" HA
I have hunted off horse back for 10 days - twice. If you don't have the baby wipes, your butt and the saddle won't get along very well.
They are the greatest invention ever, I do believe
