Title: Hog Hunt

I live in NY can anyone reccomend a state within 8 hours of NYC to shoot wild hogs(no preserves) with traditional equipment?

Probably more than 8 hrs., but Ray Hammond's Hog Heaven(TG Sponsor)in S. Carolina is tops!

Yea.. I used to live in NY... (LI) and I used to go 2 SC with really good luck... And very affordable......

I 2nd Ray's place....can't beat the scenery and the host can really cook.

Ray's is probably a 14 hour drive from Staten Island.

It probably is more like 14 hours, but if you are gonna drive 8 you might as well go all the way.  You could probably hook up with some northeasters to share the ride.
