Last I knew John wasn't taking anymore orders. His health is forcing him into retirement from the bowyer business.

David is correct John's health is forcing him to stop taking orders. He recently filled his last order and will not be taking any more as far as I know.

Carlo, take my advise, keep that bow,you can always have a draw reduction losing 4-5 pound for a bow that can't be replaced.

Felix,
I have sold my Ballistik to a friend, after asked to Veriano if he can reduce the weight of the bow.... and after his negative replay.
I also ask to John in march 2009 if he can reduce the weight but he cannot make this... I ask for another pair of limbs but he said me that I must sent to him the complete bow and wait 3 or 4 month plus US$ 350 + shipping
So... I sold the bow
Thanks
Carlo

This is not good news! John is one of the most knowledgeable Bowyers I have ever spoken with!! The weight could have easily been reduced , i have done a few myself . Ciao Carlo & felix.

What's the matter with Fazio? I didn't know he was experiencing health problems. I wish him the best. I have a Sonoran he crafted for me back in 01.

Sorry to hear of this.  Bought my first custom bow from him back in 97. Fast, quiet bows.  Prays for his health and to his family.
