Title: TightSpot quiver?
Post by: raideranch on March 11, 2010, 02:37:00 AM
Does anyone have any experience using one of these?  Is it worth the money?  Not very trad but my graybark widow has amo bushings and its hard to find a quiver that matches the graybark and you can get these in black.  3rivers has them on the first page their newer catalog.

No experience with that quiver but it might limit your broadhead selection.

You might look at Black Widow's website the side mount Great Northern comes in Black with the BW Logo.

Raideranch,  Here's my thoughts on the Tightspot quiver. I got one last fall and it's the best bow mounted quiver I've ever used. Used it on my 21" DAS riser and on a Morrision 18" ILF riser. It also has a wedge system between each arrow gripper that can be adjusted with and allen wrench to make any shaft size fit. It is expensive but very high quality. You should be able to use about any broadhead you like...the hood depth is about 2.5" I think.

John
I like Kanati quivers but for this bow I would like to find a 5 or 6 arrow quick detach because it already has the bushings.  Thanks though

Anyone else used one or know of a better quick detach quiver?

Fuse(HOYT), makes a really high quality one piece 4 arrow. It's also pretty expensive. Satori, I think it;s called.

I got one this last fall to use on my Dalaa and agree with Keith.  It is a great quiver and I really like the quick disconnect the removes from the bow quietly and smoothly while in my tree stand yet holds solid and tight while on the bow.  Very hard to beat and well worth the $$.  Hood fits woodsmans with ease. dino

I have a Tight Spot Quiver on my bow. I changed the hood foam (no biggie) and it holds Zwicky Delta's no problem. It has alot of adjustment to it so you can make it fit the way you want. Very lite and holds the arrows solid.
