I assume you're talking about the Bison Gear packs?  If so, I've got one and love it.  Big enough to put all the gear you need for a day's hunt and can pack out an elk quarter in it, though it's not really the best for that job.  I've got the wool version and it's very quiet in the woods.  They're also very well built and should last a long time.  One other thing I like is that if you order direct from BG, you can pick the material (wool or buck suede), color/pattern (wool is brownish green or grey, many camo patterns for the suede), and the webbing color.  You can also have some custom options added if you have specific needs, like extra pockets or straps.  Lastly, they are a Trad Gang sponsor!  Get one, you'll love it!

I have 3 of 'em. Best packs made and some the best people anywhere to deal with.

I have two, the one in slivrslingr's picture and the "over the shoulder/possibles/man purse bag.  They're absolutely great, wear like iron and hold plenty.  In addition, Angelo will customize them within reason for you.  For example, my lumbar back has a holster strap for my sidearm on the right side instead of the "stock" pockets.  Great product.

As soon as I can convince myself  that I need one more pack, It will be a Bison pack. Hmmm...I'm starting to get that idea already.

I have a lost river and a elkhunter pack.  They are an excellent well made product.  You can't go wrong with one.

We have 4 in our family, I have 2 myself. Super well made, I don;t think I'll ever wear mine out. We all have the Teton models and I've used mine all over North America, though I've never packed game out in mine, I'm sure I could load it with 60/80#'s of boned meat in bags and carry it out with ease.

My main "go to" pack is my Bison Gear Elk Hunter model.  Angelo coached me through all the details and measurements I wanted over the phone and produced a perfectly fitted, truly custom back pack for me.
