But, WOW! This bow is darker in color than any other Autumn Oak I've seen to date. She is a beauty in her own right. It just came in 15 min. ago so, have not shot it yet. That will come tomorrow after I have drill and pay Uncle Sam his time. :D Man, it's going to be a long day.

Very nice, indeed!
Have fun shooting and hunting with her!

 nice look'n bow.
Pretty bow! Is that the Low Grip? Dark and rich limbs...enjoy!
Beauty! Love the design and I'm looking forward to your insights on how she shoots!
Enjoy my man!
Dan, just the standard grip. It fits my hand pretty well. I just strung it up to let the string settle in for shooting tomorrow.
It came out nice!
Thanks Dave. I really am impressed with how dark it is. Wish you weren't so far away so we could shoot tomorrow.
Very nice, I really like the autumn oak! Looks great. Hopefully mine isn't too far behind...Mike
Pretty bow.I have a PCH III ordered as well.Expecting to receive it the last week of March if all goes well.58 in. length,47 lb.@28 in.,and Asbell grip.
I'd be interested to know if yours comes out as dark. If this is going to be the new Autumn Oak, then I'm all for it! :D
Thats one off the hook color pattern,it almost mystifying.

An absolute beauty. I live about 11 hrs from Nixa, Missouri and feel like taking a drive to see the Black Widow operations. I live close to Tim Mullins and Acadian Woods. Will be taking a look at both bows. I see that you are in Oregon. Did you take a look at the Blacktail Bows from Norm? Please let me know if you did. I am curious about them. Black Widow will be here for a long time. I am still in a curious debate between the three products. Oregon is a little far for a drive.
Nice lookin' widder.
Vernon, I have never shot a Black Tail. I hear they are great bows but, I don't really like the looks of them. Just my tastes. Snag(David) would be a good person to answer that question. Tim Mullins has some pretty bows. I used to live in Slidell and Pearl River. Never did get to meet him or shoot one of his bows. This is my 10th Black Widow and I haven't been disappointed in any of them. They just perform well for me and I'm not an expert by any standards. Just know what I like.
I just sold a beautiful PTF-X last night and might end up regretting that one. I have to get down to 4 bows and it was the PTF-X or my Howard Hill. Well, I sorta got a soft spot for my Hill. :)
Wannabe1, I've always liked the looks of "Ironwood" best, even more than most of the Exotic wood choices. Autumn Oak is my second favorite BUT I've never seen one with such a dark walnut brown color as yours. I think I may like your AO as much as Ironwood. Clint
I like it can't wait to hear a report on how it shoots!
BEAUTIFUL!!
Congrats on your new curve, I'm sure she'll give you years of great companionship.
Looking forward to the range report too. Oh and how about some GOOD PICS of her STRUNG UP so we can see her in all her glory!
Thanks for the pics...and those to come.

Looks niiiiiiiiiiiiiice what do you mean JUST A PCH III - looks pretty nice to me bud - I can't wait to hear your reports on her.
Mine is still on order and I am waiting anxiously for her.

Wannabe1,
I had a 2007 psaIII that came that way very dark ,
I must agree with you, they warm the soul , I reguested one time when ordering a 111 could I get it on the dark side, but when it arrived not darker then any other I ordered, but my 2007 was beautiful like yours, enjoy \\grat looking bow.
Nice looking widow! I shot one once sure would like to own one. what do you mean you gotta get down to four, I did'nt know theres a limit on bows
Beauty of a Widow for sure! I just got a new Honduran Rosewood riser to go with some ironwood limbs and am very pleased. Like you, I've never seen or shot a Widow I didn't like.
Congrats!
Claudia
wanna, can let me know how it shoots compared to the SA?I am thinking to buy a CH and I like short bows.
Looks great.
Very very very nice!!
I know what you are saying about the color.
The top and bot are both autumn oak, but I think that time and wax has changed the PMA.

Well, I got the string stretched and the brace is right at 9" didn't like the arrows at 8 3/4". The bow also didn't like my EL 2018's so I switched to the AD Trad Lites that I like so well. 29.5" BOP w/145gr tip up front. It did like those! :D

Man-O-Man, do I love this bow! She needs a little tweaking, i.e. string silencers on and maybe a little heavier tip but, she really wasn't all that loud the way I was shooting her.
I have a PCH III on order, it should be here at the end of this month. I hope my riser turns out that dark also. I ordered Ironwood limbs with mine.
That should be a nice looking combo. Can't wait to see it.
Sounds pretty quiet already without all the silencers. Should be real nice when you get her setup.

I dig that practice quiver you use in your yard. Nice bow and it looks like you are shooting it well.
