I'd like to add a solid foam type bear to my 3D course in the yard. I have a Rinehart deer and a Rinehart turkey, but the price of the Rinehart bear in bigger sizes is that of a new bow.
So I'm thinking either the Cabela's bear or the McKenzie. I'm leaning to the Cabela's. Any thoughts, experience with either or opinions?

My archery club shot out are mckensie bear target pretty quick but the rinehart just keeps going and going. If you are going to be doing a lot of shooting it might be worth it for you. If not then i would get the delta since it looks better , is bigger and cheaper.
I was an officer in the local club for about 6 years. I would go with one that has the replaceable kill or mid section. If you are shooting by yourself any should last for a long time.
Yup, just me in the yard.
I love my Rinehart targets but I agree that the price of the Rinehart bear target is pretty steep. I've had the delta bear target for a couple of years now and it's holding up pretty well. It gets a fair amount of use too.
I like the Delta walking bear. Not as expensive and it looks nice.
Go with the McKenzie unless you can swing the Rinehart
I have the Cabella's 3-D bear. Overall, I've been pleased with the quality of the target. A few minimal complaints for what they're worth.. arrows can be hard to pull out if you miss the vitals (not that I would know), the black finish wears off around areas where arrows have hit. The target is reasonably durable. The vitals area is starting to break down after a couple years of moderate use. I think it's a good quality target for the money. You can buy better by spending more but I'd buy this one again. Hope this helps in your decision making.

I recommend you check out R & W targets. They are the best value out there, if you don't want to fork-out the cash for a Rinehart. Our club has a few and they hold up much better than McKenzie or Delta.
I received a Delta walking bear for Christmas like the looks of it but have not shot it enough the tell how it will hold up.
I got 1 delta bear on my 3D course and continue to hold up very well. I does have a replacemment center.
